Skills and Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in account management, relationship management, operations, or marketing within startups or the startup ecosystem
  • Passionate individuals with a strong learning attitude who aspire to be entrepreneurial and foster a supportive environment for entrepreneurs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence to think creatively and suggest innovative growth ideas, both big and small, to improve processes
  • Equally enthusiastic about handling day-to-day execution tasks and contributing to larger strategic projects
  • Strong team player with proven execution capabilities and leadership potential
  • Skilled in market research, data analysis, benchmarking, and decision support
  • Experience in sectors such as Agriculture, MedTech, EdTech, or rural value chains will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily interactions with incubatees
  • Support entrepreneurs throughout ideation, acceleration, investment, and scale-up phases
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of milestones for startups and entrepreneurs
  • Link startups with relevant resources, networks, and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate and conduct regular mentor sessions, progress check-ins, and review meetings to ensure program effectiveness
  • Provide strategic guidance in business modeling, sales, marketing, financing, fundraising, and overall operations
  • Assist and guide startups in planning and executing fundraising activities
